TUI BLUE Marmaris, Turkey.

Only two years ago, TUI Group launched its new lifestyle hotel brand TUI Blue. The youngest hotel subsidiary has since played a crucial role in delivering the Group’s growth roadmap in this segment. The portfolio of the experience hotel brand has now grown to ten hotels. The new hotels included in the portfolio from May are TUI Blue Rocador in Majorca and TUI Blue Marmaris on the Turkish Aegean.

ÒWith TUI Blue, we have launched a hotel brand that blends TUI’s quality and brand propositions with entirely individual and authentic holiday experiences,Ó said Erik Friemuth, Managing Director TUI Hotels & Resorts. ÒThe success of our hotel concept is reflected by high customer satisfaction levels. We will continue to expand the concept in future.Ó ÒThis new type of hotel is now represented by ten hotels in eight countries,Ó added Artur Gerber, Managing Director TUI Blue. ÒWe are now planning to take the next step by offering our customers further destinations in the medium- and long-haul segments.Ó

The newly opened TUI Blue Rocador (4-star) hotel is located directly on the sandy beach of one of the picturesque coves of Cala d’Or in the southeast of Majorca and features 211 rooms. The TUI Blue Marmaris (4-star) hotel has also welcomed its first international guests at the beginning of May. The 279 rooms of the hotel on the Turkish Marmaris Bay are spread across numerous cottage-style villas in a pristine pine forest. Both hotels focus on adults and couples and can be booked by guests over 16. TUI Blue offers a modern interpretation of typical regional cuisine, cutting-edge technology and the innovative Bluef!t concept for fitness, wellness and nutrition.

At the occasion of the brand’s second anniversary in May, TUI Blue will surprise its guests with typical national dishes of the other hotel locations to whet the guests’ appetite for their next travel destination.
