Formerly an independent hotel, the 201-room DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport has now reopened following a multi-million dollar transformation.

Having first opened in 1889 to welcome visitors of the Exposition Universelle, the hotel has undergone a $50m refurbishment that returns it to its former glory.

The new-construction, 450-room Wyndham Grand Resort Clearwater Beach will include a large outdoor pool complex, a full-service spa, multiple restaurants accessible from Beach Walk.

The oceanfront property will be the third Yucatan Peninsula property in the Hard Rock International portfolio and will feature 1,800 oceanfront guestrooms.

Both properties are full-service hotels in the mid to upper mid-tier segments, and will carry Vantage’s Value Hotel Worldwide brand, as Lexington Hotels are known in South Korea.

The 380-room property is located in the center of Senayan Square, a ‘one-stop’ complex in Jakarta’s Central Business District.
