One contract after the other: the next new construction project for the recently launched, company-owned brand niu is already in the pipeline after a contract signing between NOVUM Hotel Group and GP Papenburg Hochbau GmbH. The Halle-based construction company and the privately managed hotel group are planning to open a new niu hotel, with 186 rooms and a rentable floor space of approximately 7,700 square meters, in Halle (Saale) at the beginning of 2019.
