Windsor Aughtry managed all aspects of the project, engaging Lionberger Construction as general contractor and AK Design Group as interior designer. The hotel continues to be operated by long-time management company partner Hospitality America. The renovation encompassed a comprehensive refresh of guestrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Throughout the property, guests will find a refreshed and updated aesthetic which includes new furnishings, finishes, lighting, and technology. The hotel’s fitness center was also upgraded with new flooring and all-new equipment.

Hampton by Hilton Roanoke Downtown marked the completion of the renovation with a grand opening event celebrating the hotel’s refreshed look and its role in the downtown Roanoke community. The event welcomed Roanoke Chamber leadership, Roanoke Mayor Joe Cobb, and representatives from Visit Virginia’s Blue Ridge, the region’s convention and visitor’s bureau, who joined hotel leadership and team members to tour the newly renovated property.
