TFE Hotels has announced the appointment of Rick Lee as Hotel Manager of Adina Heritage Christchurch, reinforcing the group’s operational leadership as it continues to grow its portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
ee joins the ANZ network bringing extensive hands-on leadership experience across boutique and branded hotel operations. Based in the South Island, he has most recently led hotel operations through refurbishments, brand transitions, and complex strata environments, working closely with Body Corporates and owner groups while maintaining strong commercial and service outcomes.
His background spans rooms division leadership, guest experience, F&B, compliance, and strata operations, supported by formal training at Glion and leadership development with Accor and Marriott.
Rick Lee is an alumnus of Glion Institute of Higher Education- Online Programs – Class of 2009.
