Cymbiotika, the trailblazing wellness brand redefining the supplement industry with science-backed innovation and premium design, today announced the appointment of Andrei Najjar as Chief Marketing Officer. Recognized globally as one of the most innovative marketers at the intersection of culture and wellness, Najjar brings over two decades of experience transforming iconic brands, scaling disruptive businesses, and shaping global consumer trends.
Najjar’s career includes leading brand transformations and high-growth strategies for some of the world’s most influential companies across wellness, CPG, fashion, entertainment, and hospitality. He has held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Target, Fullscreen Inc., and Abercrombie & Fitch, and most recently served as SVP of Marketing at Pressed Juicery, where he reversed declining sales year-over-year, and delivered a 70% increase in profitability, while reigniting the brand’s cultural relevance. His work has consistently blended creative excellence with measurable business impact—generating hundreds of millions in revenue growth while building enduring brand equity.
At Cymbiotika, Najjar will lead the brand’s next phase of growth through cultural storytelling, premium positioning, and data-driven omnichannel expansion—accelerating momentum in retail, DTC, and international markets. His mandate is to cement Cymbiotika as the definitive leader in modern wellness by integrating performance marketing, influencer ecosystems, global partnerships, and experiential activations that resonate far beyond the supplement aisle.
“Cymbiotika is not just selling products—we’re shaping the future of wellness,” said Shahab Elmi, CEO and co-founder. “To lead marketing at this stage, we needed a visionary who understands both the art of culture and the science of growth. Andrei’s track record of transforming global brands and his ability to merge storytelling with performance make him the ideal leader to take Cymbiotika to the next level.”
Najjar’s arrival comes during a period of unprecedented growth for Cymbiotika, which has achieved 50% revenue growth and a 100% increase in sales year-over-year, alongside record-breaking customer retention and lifetime value. The brand continues to expand its global presence while deepening its cultural footprint—making wellness aspirational, accessible, and impossible to ignore.
“Joining Cymbiotika at this moment is a rare opportunity to help define what the next decade of wellness will look like,” said Najjar. “This brand has already disrupted the market through innovation, integrity, and design. Now, we’re going to scale that disruption globally — building a cultural movement that inspires people to live their most vibrant, intentional lives.”
