Global Asset Solutions has appointed finance specialist David Ordoñez to the team, in the role of asset manager.
Ordoñez joins the group as it continues to expand globally, recently reporting a 35% increase in EBITDA across its portfolio of luxury hotels.

Ordoñez holds an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Switzerland. Prior to joining Global Asset Solutions he spent two years at Anpora Asset Management, as part of the team overseeing a five-hotel hotel portfolio in Spain.
Previous experience includes four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Madrid within the Tourism & Transportation Sector Assurance team, where he developed his knowledge of financial audits, asset valuations and business plan reviews.
