Paul Joseph appointed Managing Director at Hyatt Regency Orlando

Hyatt Regency Orlando is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Joseph as Managing Director.

“With three decades of leadership in hospitality, Paul brings tremendous experience and a proven track record to Hyatt Regency Orlando,” said Brian Comes, Vice President of Field Operations for full service Hyatt hotels in Florida, Savannah and Crystal City. “His appointment follows a record year of achievements for the hotel, in terms of both revenue and recognition for our incredible team.”

Scheduled to start at the property on March 11th, Joseph has held the role of general manager at 4 Hyatt properties, most recently at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. He is known for his passion and focus on customer satisfaction, authentic hospitality and efficient operations to achieve an optimal guest experience.

“I am delighted to join the well-respected team at Hyatt Regency Orlando,” Joseph said. “It is a privilege to be a part of operations at this iconic hotel. I look forward to building on the property’s success and renowned guest experience for years to come.”

Prior to his current role at Grand Cypress, Joseph served as general manager of Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay for ten years. He received Hyatt’s Jay A. Pritzker Award for Leadership in 2013 and was recognized as General Manager of the Year in 2007. His first GM position was at Hyatt Regency Jersey City. Joseph began his career with Hyatt 35 years ago as a Corporate Management Trainee.
