The evolution of the Imperial Hotel continues, with the appointment of two senior managers. Accomplished hotelier Lisa Costello has returned to the Gold Coast, named as Director of Sales & Marketing of the Imperial Hotel, formerly Palazzo Versace.
She brings over 20 years of hotel management and business development experience to the Imperial Hotel, as the property continues to evolve after the rebranding of the five-star hotel was finalised last month.
Costello says she is looking forward to being a part of this new chapter. “I’m overjoyed to be a part of the team. The Imperial Hotel has a grand legacy, and is renowned for offering the highest standard of luxury and impeccable service,,” says Lisa.
General Manager, Richard Clarke, says Lisa makes a valuable and integral asset to the hotel’s re-emergence as a leader in luxury stays on the Gold Coast.
“Lisa brings a fresh and dynamic energy to the company and her expertise and dedication to personal service and the tourism industry as a whole will play a significant role in enhancing the experience at our iconic resort”.
The appointment of Lisa Costello is the first of two senior appointments, with the second being the promotion of Josh Wilson to Marketing and Communications Manager. Josh has been promoted from within after serving as the Imperial Hotel’s Business Development Manager.
Nestled between the beautiful Pacific Ocean and the sparkling Gold Coast Broadwater, the Imperial Hotel is one of Australia’s top 5 star luxury hotels. For over 21 years, it’s been a beacon of spectacular architecture, bespoke Italian craftsmanship and unparalleled hospitality.
