Robin Kennedy appointed Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Development at Montage Hotels & Resorts

Robin KennedyMontage Hotels & Resorts announces the appointment of Robin Kennedy as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Development. A seasoned executive with 18 years of business development, acquisition and financial experience, Kennedy is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio, which includes both Montage and Pendry branded hotels and resorts within the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining Montage Hotels & Resorts, Kennedy was Vice President, Acquisitions at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publically traded real estate investment trust which opportunistically acquires and invests in upscale, full-service hotel and resort properties. During her tenure, Pebblebrook acquired 24 properties representing more than $2.5 billion of total asset value. In addition, Kennedy led several high-impact strategic asset management projects including brand conversions and food & beverage leasing throughout the portfolio.

Previously, Kennedy spent over eight years with Marriott International, holding multiple management roles within business development, including Vice President, Full Service Development. In that role, Kennedy was responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Marriott International, including The Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Edition, Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and Autograph Collection Hotels throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
