Experimental Group has opened the doors to Regina Experimental in Biarritz, following a full refurbishment and sensitive redesign by Group Interior Designer, Dorothée Meilichzon. Standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean, the historic property faces out towards the bay of Biscay with views across to Biarritz lighthouse and offers guests 72 rooms, a Frenchie Biarritz restaurant and bar, a vast orangery and a spa, with an outdoor swimming pool.

Opening its doors in summer 2023, the warmer season sees Chef Greg Marchand join forces once again with the dynamic Experimental Group to bring the latest iteration of his game-changing restaurant, Frenchie, to the latest property in the collection, Le Regina Experimental, Biarritz. The launch will see Chef Greg introduce his modern brasserie concept to one of France’s best-loved resort towns with a menu which tactfully pairs traditional Basque food and culture with Marchand’s bistronomic identity.
Experimental Montesol, Ibiza – April 2024, by Experimental Group
Experimental Group has announced the reopening of Montesol Experimental, Ibiza in April 2023. Following the renovation of the hotel’s Sabbaba restaurant and rooftop in 2021, Montesol Experimental has undergone a full renovation of the 30 bedrooms and three suites, overseen by group collaborator and designer Dorothee Meilichzon. The property is also home to a restaurant, rooftop bar and boutique shop.
